Brannon Muska

Served in the usn on ddg-89 as a search and rescue swimmer for 4 years. Headed up training for 163 personel as the physical training coordinator onboard the u.S.S mustin (ddg-89). Served 2 years as a personal trainer. Certified through national academy of sports science (nasm). Also certified as corrective exercise specialist (nasm-ces), performance enhancing specialist (pes) at 24 hour fitness in round rock. Opened crossfit texas gym in round rock sep 07’. Most importantly, i’m a proud father of two beautiful girls, claire (4) and cathryn (2).

WHY A SCOT AMBASSADOR: I have been seeking a way to help our community to live a better and healthier lifestyle through proper nutrition and functional training. I strive on others successes. I feel that i can contribute to our citizens of round rock through my expertise in physical fitness.

FUN FACTS: I was a stay at home father the first 7 months after my first daughters birth. I watched every movie from block buster and ate pizza 4 nights a week and was able to gain 52 lbs as their mother went to school. After 7 months of gorging and living a unhealthy lifestyle it took family and friends to encourage me to get back in shape. I know that it is possible through hard work and determination.
