Super Series Baseball Tournament – “The Freeze”
ROUND ROCK, TX – February 5, 2010 – “The Freeze” is back! Kicking off the 2010 Baseball season, Super Series, one of the fastest growing national youth baseball organizations, will be hosting their annual two-day World Series Qualifier. February 20 and 21, the competition is destined to be tough with over 1,400 participants expected from across Texas. Starting at 8:00 am at Champion Fields at Old Settler’s Park, the two full days of competition will allow National, American and Minor teams to showcase their talents.
“Super Series is excited to start off the season in Round Rock,” stated Rick Stevens, tournament director. “The teams will appreciate the recently renovated facility and the competition these events bring!”
Baseball fans, ages 17 and up, pay $4 per day to watch and cheer on teams. Round Rock will host four more Super Series Qualifiers and the World Series this July. If baseball is your sport, Super Series is a home run you won’t want to miss!
